Equipment Rental Policies
When you rent out equipment from the Center for Healthful Living, you agree to the following statements:
- To safely return this equipment, whether loaned or rented, by closing time on the due date.
- To assume full responsibility for the equipment during the term of the loan or rental, including damage to/loss/theft of equipment or of any part of the equipment.
- To agree to pay all appropriate late fees, replacement and /or repair expenses due to negligence.
- To assume full responsibility for the set-up and operation of this equipment.
- To understand that replacement equipment may be provided based on availability but not guaranteed.
- To agree to pay A LATE FEE OF FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) PER DAY for equipment returned after the “Return Due Date” above.
**NOTE: You, as an individual, are assuming full responsibility for this equipment. If you are checking the equipment out for a club or organization, that club/organization will be held responsible for any charges, repairs, and/or fees associated with the rental.
