Monday Boga Yoga

5:10-6:00 pm

6:10-7:00 pm

Go through a series of basic movements with the added challenge of balancing on a Boga Fit Mat in the pool. Classes will take place in the pool. 
Wednesday  Yin Yoga

7:10-8:00pm

8:10-9:00pm

Come improve your balance, breath, movement, strength and flexibility through a series of movements on a Yoga mat. Classes will be held in Williams Hall.
