The Oxford College men's soccer team traveled to Georgia Military College to face their reserve squad on Wednesday. After going down 2-0 to start the game, the Eagles changed gears and completed a comeback to finish the match in a 2-2 draw.
Of our two notable goals included Freshman Garrett Scharff scoring off of a great assist from his freshman teammate Eric Mildner. Later in the second half the Eagles equalized the score 2-2 with a great throughball from Sophomore and captain Adam Barton to standout Chris Schwaiger who finished with great poise.
The next match for the men's soccer team will be this Sunday at home when the Eagles matchup against LaGrange at 2 pm.
