Emory Oxford Finishes 12th in Daktronics Cup

FINAL STANDINGS

Each year, the National Alliance of Two Year College Athletic Administrations (NATYCAA) releases the final standings for the Daktronics Cup. Heading into its 16th year, the Daktronics Cup recognizes the top athletic programs in the three divisions of two-year college athletics.

Emory Oxford is in the Non-Scholarship Division (Division III), which has 161 athletic programs in it. The Eagles by accumulating 70 points finished 12th this year.

Colleges earn points based on their performance in each division's end of the season championship events. The winners of each championship earn 20 points, second-place finishes earn 19 points, third-place finishers receive 18 points, etc. Colleges use their top-five sports finishes per gender to accumulate points toward their division's cup standings. First, second and third-place awards are presented at NATYCAA's Annual Convention in June.
