Athletics Raises Money For Ovarian Cancer Awareness

In the month of September, the Emory Oxford Athletic Department celebrated Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month to honor Pernilla Hardin, the head coach for men's and women's tennis and a survivor.

The department sold wristbands and hosted Ovarian Cancer Awarness games throughout the month of September. They raised $540 through sales and donations, all of which has been donated to Ovarian Cancer Research.

The department would like to thank the men's and women's soccer team and the men's and women's tennis teams for helping sell wristbands at the dining hall and during games. They would also like to thank everyone who contributed to this generous donation.
