
The Oxford College of Emory University men's basketball team faced off against the Rams of Columbia International University Monday night and won 79-70. The Eagles are now 12-10 for the season.
Oxford saw four sophomores in double figures and was led by KJ Walker, who had 17 points, including five three-pointers. Nick Hardin produced 15 points and five rebounds. Isaac Snyder recorded another double-double, his 15th of the year, with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Sean Osei scored 13 points and dished out a team-high six assists to round things out.
The turning point came at the 8:45 mark in the second half when the Eagles hit four straight threes, three from Walker and one from Osei. This would give Oxford a 62-55 advantage with 6 minutes left in the game. They would maintain this lead for the remainder of the game.
