In a hard fought season opener, your Oxford Men's Soccer Team fell short of winning to the Thomas University Reserve Squad by a score of 3-2.
Captain Erich Mildner opened up the scoring in the first half of action putting the Eagles ahead early in the contest. Freshman Brandon Simon scored soon after as the Eagles went into halftime with 2-1 lead.
The Nighthawks rebounded with 2 goals late in the second half to secure the victory.
The Eagles face Trinity College (FL) on Sunday, September 9th on Bivings Field.
