Oxford Women's Soccer Crushes Georgia Military Reserve Squad

In a rematch of last Wednesday game, your Oxford Women's Soccer Team defeated the Georgia Military College Reserve Squad 11-0.

The Eagles were led by Sophomore Nadia Dixon and Freshman Quinn Paulus both getting a hat trick. Freshman Alex Klimek contributed with two goals and Hunter Alspaugh, Sydney Brierley and Annie Chappell each contributed a goal. Goalkeepers Rachel Nichols and Teddy Khan shared the clean sheet.

In a dominating first half, the Eagles controlled the game extremely well. Dixon started things early scoring in the first 12 minutes of action. Paulus added two goals in a minute span to put the Eagles up 3-0. Alspaugh contributed to Oxford's performance with a marvelous free kick from about 35 feet out. Paulus ended that half with a hat trick scoring her 3rd goal right before halftime giving the Eagles a commanding 5-0 lead.
