Women’s Soccer Dominates Georgia Military Reserve Squad

The Oxford Women's Soccer team defeated Georgia Military Reserve Squad to the tune of 7-0. With the win, the Eagles improve to 7-2-1 for the season.

Sophomore Teddy Khan and freshman Zaria Weekes led the Eagles with 2 goals each. Quinn Paulus, Sade Hanciles, and Annie Chappell each had one goal. Goalkeeper Rachel Nichols recorded the fourth clean sheet this season for the Eagles.

"It was another great game for us," said Tinna Gallagher, Head Coach. "It didn´t look like we were going to get to play the game because of the weather but at game time it started cooperating with us so we were very happy."

The Eagles will travel to Douglas, GA this Saturday, September 29th to face the Hawks of South Georgia State College. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:00 PM.
