Men's basketball falls to Mountain Gateway Community College 100-74

The Emory Oxford men's basketball team had four players with double digit points but was unable to beat the visiting conference opponent Mountain Gateway Community College. The Eagles lost 100-74.

Emory Oxford was competitive throughout the beginning of the first half before Mountain Gateway began to pull away. The Roadrunners led 45-26 at the half.

Sophomore Zuri Greene led the Eagles with 16 points. Fellow sophomores Ryan Kim and Josh Kim were right behind Greene with 15 points each. Sophomore Andrew Anton added 12 points for the home team. Greene and Ryan Kim had nine and five assists, respectively. Kim and sophomore Anthony Vargas had three blocks apiece.

The Eagles will next face Georgia Christian Community College at home on Tuesday, Dec. 5. Start time is 7 p.m.
