She served as the women's golf coach, Director of Wellness/Fitness Center and instructor in the Department of Kinesiology at Monmouth College.

"We are excited to welcome Coach McNamara to the Oxford College family," commented athletic director Roderick Stubbs. "She is well-suited and prepared to lead a very young golf program."

As a student-athlete, Molly was part of the inaugural golf team at Monmouth College, was a 3-time All-Conference performer, 3-time Academic All-Conference, 2-time National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA) All-Scholar and helped her team earn a conference championship in her senior year. Molly was inducted into the Monmouth College "M-Club" Hall of Fame as a player and coach in 2014.

Prior to starting at Oxford, her work focused on student success serving as an Academic Coach and Academic Advisor in Indiana.
