Cuthbert, Ga. -  Gerard Kong lead the Eagles with a hat trick scoring three goals as the Eagles defeated the Fighting Tigers of Andrew College 3 to 2. This was the third straight victory for the Eagles as they even their record on the year at 3 and 3.

The Fighting Tigers got off to a strong start scoring first at the 21-minute mark of the 1^st half before the Eagles quickly responded with two penalty kicks made by Gerard Kong to take a 2 to 1 halftime lead.

Andrew tied the game 2 all a little bit after the start of the 2^nd half, before Gerard sealed the victory at the 68-minute mark with his third goal.

"We competed well today and pull out a victory with limited numbers due to injury," commented head coach Gregory Moss Brown.

Emory Oxford next contest is away versus the Life University Reserve Squad on Tuesday, September 19.

Game time is scheduled for 7:30pm.
