Quinn Paulus of Women's Soccer earns GCAA Player of the Week Honors

Quinn Paulus is a freshman from Saint James, MO. She has started her collegiate career very strong as an attacking midfielder for Oxford College of Emory University. Paulus has started every game and has helped the team by assisting and/or scoring in every game earning 9 points so far in the season.

This week Emory Oxford played three games. On Saturday, Sept. 1st, Emory Oxford played SGSC and Paulus had an assist in that game. On Sunday, Sept. 3rd, Emory Oxford played Motlow State from Tennessee and she scored Emory Oxford's final goal in a good 2-0 win. She also worked hard defensively and saved the ball from going over the goal line after a very dangerous attack from Motlow State.

On Saturday, Sept. 8th, Emory Oxford played Howard Community College from Maryland, and Paulus assisted the first goal of the game, the team went on to win the game 2-1 in overtime.

Due to her outstanding performance she has been selected as the GCAA Player of the Week.
