Oxford, Ga. - The Emory Oxford women's tennis team narrowly lost at home to Piedmont University by a score of 5-4.

In doubles, the duo of freshmen Olha Los and Marie Chastel easily defeated their opponents by a score of 8-4. Los and Chastel also won their singles matches. Los won by a score of 6-4, 6-2, and Chastel's opponent retired before the end of the first set.

Sophomore Lily Liu dominated in her singles match by defeating her opponent 6-2, 6-0. Liu and sophomore Yolonda Yang played a close match, losing 7-9.
