Oxford Men’s Soccer battles back to get the draw

Your Men's Soccer Team played against All-in-FC which ended in a 2-2 draw.

The Eagles were held scoreless in the first half and went down 2-0. In the second half, Sophomore Jason Welling put the Eagles on the board with a goal. Later in the half, fellow Sophomore Matthew Beech rifled a free kick into the back of the net tying up the game 2-2. The Eagles were hoping to get another goal in the last 10 minutes of the game but were unable to do so.

"I am proud of how hard our team work to come back from a 2-0 deficit," said Head Coach Moss-Brown.

The Eagles will be playing at Meridian Community College this Friday at 8:00 pm.
