Group fitness is back! The spring 2024 chedule is as follows:

  • Tuesdays (HIIT/Burn Boxing)
    • 5:30-6:15 - Faculty & Staff Only
    • 6:30-7:15 - Students
  • Wednesdays (Yoga)
    • 5:30-6:15 - Faculty & Staff Only
    • 6:30-7:15 - Students
  • Thursdays (ABS/Glutes/Accessories)
    • 5:30-6:15 - Faculty & Staff Only
    • 6:30-7:15 - Students
