Coach Lee Duggan returns for his sixth year as an assistant coach with the men's soccer program of Oxford College of Emory University. Lee grew up in the town of Jarrow, a suburb of the great city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, in England and immigrated to the United States in 2007. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, England, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Georgia State University. 
 
Coach Duggan has worked as a Social Studies teacher at Grayson High School in Loganville since 2012. Lee has been involved in soccer in various capacities for over 30 years. Starting at the age of 11 as a player in the English schoolboy leagues, his passion for the game led him into the competitive adult amateur leagues of Northern England.
 
In 2010, Coach Lee began coaching with a U-19 women's team in the Georgia Soccer league and spent the 2012/13 season coaching Parkview High School Boys Junior Varsity squad. Since 2016 Coach Duggan has been the Men's Varsity Head Coach at Grayson High School. During that time, he has twice been named GHSA Region VIII Coach of the Year (2016, 2018), with a record of 41 wins and 15 losses, and has led Grayson Men's soccer to their first silverware in 13 years with back to back GHSA Region VIII championships. Coach Duggan has also presided over three consecutive play-off appearances for Grayson men's soccer, twice to the GHSA Sweet Sixteen.
 
Lee and, his wife, Stephanie, have been married for 11 years and currently reside in Snellville, Georgia.
 
Coach Duggan is a lifelong, devoted follower of the Newcastle United Football Club.
