Half-Day Hikes/Mini-Trips
Escape from campus! These trips are perfect for those who just want to get away for a relaxed, half-day hiking trip. They are small and within 90 minutes of Oxford. They last roughly from 8 a.m. until about 3 p.m., though some trips can be scheduled to leave later in the morning and get back later in the day. These trips are an opportunity to get away from campus, enjoy the outdoors and catch a pretty view! These will be limited to 6-8 students plus 2-3 staff members. There is no cost to an individual and transportation and meals will be taken care of.

Arabia Mountain |
Arabia Mountain National Heritage Park is located 30 minutes east of campus. Enjoy a hike up the Davidson Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve and then walk along the PATH Foundation trail. |

Stone Mountain |
Stone Mountain Park is located 40 minutes east of Campus. Hike up the one-mile trail to reach the summit of the mountain. At the top, take in the magnificent views of the Atlanta skyline and the surrounding areas. |

The Beltline is an Atlanta staple located 45 minutes east of campus. It offers a variety of experiences, from restaurants to art galleries to recreational spaces. |
