Spring 2025 Schedule:

Monday Boga Yoga

5:10-6:00 pm

6:10-7:00 pm

Go through a series of basic movements with the added challenge of balancing on a Boga Fit Mat in the pool. Classes will take place in the pool. 
Monday KONGA 5:15-6:00 pm Come participate in an easy-to-follow, mood-elevating, high-intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance and Sculpting set to uplifting beats! Classes will be held in Williams Hall. 
Tuesday Spin/Cycle 5:15-6:00 pm A cardio-based workout that utilizes different speeds and resistance on a stationary bike. Classes will be held in the Aerobics Room.
Wednesday  Yoga 5:15-6:00 pm Come improve your balance, breath, movement, strength and flexibility through a series of movements on a Yoga mat. Classes will be held in Williams Hall.
