Fall 2024 Schedule:

  • Mondays - Boga Yoga
    • Go through a yoga flow with the added challenge of balancing on a Boga Fit Board on the water. 
    • Sessions: 5-6 pm; 6-7 pm
    • Location: Williams Hall Pool
  • Tuesdays - Upper Body Circuit Training
    • Rotate through various exercises that target the upper body (chest, arms, shoulders, back).
    • Sessions: 5-6 pm; 6-7 pm 
    • Location: Williams Hall Aerobics Room
  • Wednesdays - Yen Yoga
    • Low-intensity, relaxing, slow-paced style of yoga
    • Sessions: 5-6 pm; 6-7 pm
    • Location: Williams Hall Auditorium 
  • Thursdays - Lower Boday Circuit Training
    • Rotate through various exercises that target the lower body (legs, glutes, etc.)
    • Sessions: 5-6 pm; 6-7 pm
    • Location: Williams Hall Aerobics Room
