Kathryne Davis joined Oxford in September 2023 as the new coordinator of sports information and marketing & events.

Prior to Oxford, Davis worked at Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia, for four years as a staff writer and office manager for the Office of Marketing and Communications and as an administrative assistant for the Department of Athletics. 

Her other experience includes writing as a sports reporter at the Observer-Dispatch in Utica, New York, and working in the Sports Information Department as a college student.

A native of Ava, New York, Davis earned her bachelor's degree in journalism and creative writing from the State University of New York at Oswego and her master's in communication and media studies from Brenau University.
