The Oxford College of Emory University Athletic Department finished in 13th place in the final standings of the Daktronics Cup as announced by the National Alliance of Two-Year College Athletic Administrators (NATYCAA). Heading into its 20th year, the Daktronics Cup recognizes the top athletic programs in the three divisions of two-year college athletics. Daktronics has sponsored this award for the last five years in conjunction with NATYCAA. Emory Oxford is in the Non-Scholarship Division (Division III), which has 161 athletic programs.
Colleges earn points based on their performance in each division's end-of-the-season championship events. The winners of each championship earn 20 points, second-place finishes earn 19 points, third-place finishers receive 18 points, etc. Colleges use their top-five sports finishes per gender to accumulate points toward their division's cup standings.
In the fall, the women's tennis team claimed their seventh consecutive national title, while the women's cross-country team finished in third place at the nationals.
