Alex Waxman joins Oxford College of Emory University after a year at the University of Georgia, where he spent time as the senior coordinator of aquatics. While at UGA, Waxman assisted with taking care of the four pools on campus, supervised a staff of more than 100 students and planned programming throughout the year.

In addition to working at UGA, Waxman has also spent time as a lifeguard instructor, summer camp aquatics director and ultimate frisbee club coach.

He lives in Atlanta and earned his bachelor's degree in biology at Georgia State University. Outside of work, Waxman likes to be active and creative.
