
Cuthbert, Ga. - The Emory Oxford men's soccer team scored four goals in the span of 10 minutes en route to a 4-1 win over Andrew College.
First-year Zach Seneriz scored at the 24 minute mark with an assist from classmate Eli Willingham. Three minutes later, Willingham scored a goal of his own on an assist from sophomore Nemjay Erakpotobar.
Sophomore Andrey Kosygin scored soon after with an assist from sophomore Denis Tahirovic. Tahirovic then scored the fourth goal for the Eagles with just over 10 minutes remaining in the half.
Andrew College scored midway through the second to end the shutout.
Sophomore goalie Chris Do played the first half and faced zero shots. First-year Brendan Zelikoff came in for the second and made four saves.
Seneriz and Erakpotobar led Emory Oxford with three shots on goal. The win brought Emory Oxford's record to 2-5-1, while Andrew College dropped to 0-5-1.
The Eagles will travel to Central Georgia Technical College for their next game on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 4:30 p.m.
